广州高校学生艾滋病知识态度行为现状 被引量:11

Status of Knowledge,Attitude and Behavior about AIDS Among College Students in Guangzhou

摘要 目的了解广州高校大学生对艾滋病知识、态度、行为的现状,为制定干预措施提供科学依据。方法在广州市选取4所院校,每院校每年级随机选取20名学生,采用统一调查问卷,采取自填式的方式进行调查。结果AIDS相关知识总的知晓率为88.0%。AIDS知识得分为(10.59±2.06),对待HIV感染者和AIDS病人的态度得分为(2.43±2.52);知识与态度的分值呈正相关(r=0.121,P=0.024),态度分值与年级呈负相关(r=-0.145,P=0.006)。AIDS一般知识得分医学院校学生高于非医学院校学生(t=2.037,P<0.05),不同年级大学生得分差异有统计学意义(F=5.435,P<0.01)。单因素方差分析表明,各年级学生的态度得分随年级的上升明显下降(未加权F=9.229,加权F=9.770,P值均<0.01);85.2%大学生对待HIV感染者和AIDS病人抱支持或同情态度。结论高校AIDS知识教育仍需全面普及,加强、提高大学生自我保护意识和防病能力,进一步改善对待AIDS/HIV感染者态度是教育工作的重点。 Objective To study, the status of knowledge, attitude and behavior about AIDS among college students in Guangzhou, and to provide bases for the intervention measures. Methods Twenty students were selected in every grade from 4 colleges. A self-admlnistered questionnaire was conducted among them. Results The cognition rate was 88.0% for AIDS related knowledge. Mean score of AIDS knowledge was 10.59 + 2.06, the mean score of attitude toward AIDS patients and HIV infectors was 2.43 + 2.52, score of attitude was positively related to that of knowledge ( r = 0. 121, P = 0.024) But negatively to the grades( r = - 0.145, P = 0.006) .The mean score of knowledge about AIDS of medical students was higher than that of others ( t = 2.037, P〈0.05). Statistical significance was found among the students in different grades ( F = 5.435, P〈0.01 ), ANOVO indicated that the students'score of attirude decreased with inerease of their grades ( not weighted F = 9. 229,weighted F = 9. 770, P〈0.01 ). There were 85.2 % students heing in sympathy with AIDS patients and HIV infectors. Conclusion AIDS education shouhl be popularized in college. It should pay more attention to enhance the self-care awareness and ability to prevent AIDS, and to improve the attitude toward AIDS patients and HIV infected individuals.
