哈尔滨市中学生心理健康状况和自杀态度的相关性研究

Correlation Study on Mental Health and Suicidal Attitude Among Middle School Students in Harbin

目的了解哈尔滨市中学生心理健康状况以及对自杀的态度,探讨中学生不同心理健康状况与自杀态度的相关性。方法采用中学生心理健康量表(MSSMHS)和自杀态度问卷(QSA),对哈尔滨市12所中学初一至高三年级2 442名中学生进行问卷调查。结果存在不同程度心理健康问题中学生占35.9%,心理健康各因子的分布情况从高到低依次为情绪不稳定、心理不平衡、焦虑、学习压力等;对自杀行为和安乐死持肯定态度的中学生分别占11.1%和23.7%;不同心理健康状况中学生对自杀所持的态度明显不同。结论中学生心理健康状况不容乐观,应及时进行心理健康教育,以提高其心理健康水平,减少自杀发生率。

Objective To study middle school students＇ mental health status and their attitudes towards suicide, and to explore the correlations between mental health and suicidal behaviors. Methods With Middle School Student Mental Health Scale （MSSMHS） and Suicide Attitude Questionnaire （QSA）, 2 442 middle school students recruited from 12 middle schools in Harbin were surveyed. Results The incidence of psychological problems was 35.9%. The psychological.problems occurred most frequently were mood instability, psychological imbalance, anxiety and the pressure of study. The proportions of students holding positive attitudes towards suicide and euthanasia were 11.1% and 23.7% respectively. There were significant differences in the suicide attitude among different mental health status of middle school students. Conclusion The psychological health status of middle school students can not be neglected. It is necessary, to reinforce psychological health education and improve their mental health so as to reduce the incidence of suicide.
