威顿公司宏福二期400kt/a硫磺制酸装置设计

摘要 简要介绍威顿公司宏福一期400 kt/a硫磺制酸装置的工艺选择及运行情况,鉴于一期工程的成功,结合目前大型硫磺制酸装置的技术发展现状,确定宏福二期工程基本采用一期技术,包括主要工艺流程、设备型式、自动控制方式等,但对一些设备(如空气鼓风机、废热锅炉、转化器及内部换热器、阳极保护酸冷却器等)重新设计并相应做了改进。预期二期装置将比一期工艺性能更优异,设计更合理,设备更配套,操作更方便。 In view of success of phase one ment status of large-scale sulphur-burning 400 kt/a sulphur-burning plant and based on the technical developsulphuric acid plants, the phase two 400 kt/a sulphur-burning plant project adopted the practically same technologies as phase one in process arrangement, equipment structure and automatic control. However, some equipment such as air blower, waste heat boiler, converter and its built-in heat exchanger and anodically protected acid coolers were redesigned and purchased and some improvements were made. It is predicted that the phase two plant will be more excellent than the phase one's with its more reasonable design, suitable equipment and convenient operation.
