介绍金精矿烟气制酸装置所用LD30型电收尘器的结构、安装及运行情况。根据金精矿粉浆式进料焙烧烟气含水量较高的特点,在分析原有YWS-RS20型电收尘器缺点的基础上,设计并更换了1台LD30型电收尘器。该电收尘器采用C-480型收尘极板,不锈钢RS型芒刺电晕线,户外式高压整流机组与电场直接相连,对极间距、振打方式、振打锤、气体分布及保温等均进行了改进。电收尘器投入运行后,各项工艺技术指标均达到设计保证值,完全可以满足生产需求。

Structure, installation and operation of a LD30 electrostatic precipitator in a sulphuric acid plant based on gold smelter off-gas are described. Considering high moisture content of the smelter off-gas, a characteristic of gold concentrate powder smelting under condition of slurry feeding, and drawbacks of existing YWS-RS20 electrostatic precipitator, a LD30 electrostatic precipitator was designed for replacement. The electrostatic precipitator used C-480 type plate collecting electrodes and RS stainless steel corona wires with prickles. Its outdoor high-voltage rectifier set was connected directly to electrical field. The duct spacing, rapping style and hammer, gas distribution and insulation were improved. With all process and technical indexes up to design guarantee values, it satisfied production requirement.
