摘要 采用电子自旋共振(ESR)技术检测30例择期手术病人静脉普鲁卡因复合麻醉(IPA)期间血浆氧自由基(OFR)及血浆脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量变化,并分别观察了纳洛酮(Naloxone,NAL)、亚甲蓝的抗氧化作用。结果显示:IPA120min时血浆OFR、LPO较麻醉前显著升高。应用纳洛酮或亚甲蓝治疗后30分,OFR、LPO较治疗前显著降低。揭示两种药物能抑制细胞的脂质过氧化反应,对IPA期间产生的OFR具有清除作用。 The study was designed to use electron spin resonance(ESR)spectroscopy to determine oxygen free radicals (OFR)in plasma in 30 selective surgery patients with intravenous procaine anesthesia (IPA)and to study the eliminating effects of naloxone and methylene blue on OFR. The results showed that the plasma OFR and lipid peroxide (LPO) of patients were significantly increased at 120 min after IPA as compared with before the induction. Thirty minutes after naloxone(loμg/kg) and methylene blue IV administration,both indexes were significantly decreased as compared with before treatment. It was indicated that both drugs could directly inhibit lipid peroxidation of cells and have OFR-scavenging properties during IPA.
