新型复合防腐耐磨材料的研究

摘要 尝试选用某新型1#耐酸硅酸盐填料制备防腐耐磨材料,通过对材料耐酸耐磨性能的试验研究,发现该新型材料的耐稀酸性偏低,耐磨度较好.加入2#填料和改性剂后,材料的耐酸度得到显著提高,并测定了新型材料的综合性能,达到了现行耐酸材料的标准,表明该材料具有良好的推广应用前景. A new kind of 1# anticorrosive silicate filling is selected to prepare corrosion and wear protective material. After the performances of acid- resistant and wear-proof are studied, slightly low acid - resistant degree of new material under dilute acid is found during the test, wear - proof degree is high comparatively. 2# silicate filling and modifying agent are added into new material to improve its anticorrosion performance. They reach the standard of actual acid - resistant material after general performances of new material are tested, so the material has wide application prospect.
