纳米氧化锌的结构分析 被引量:5

摘要 采用沉淀法制备了纳米氧化锌粉体,利用Rietveld方法对所得样品的结构进行了精修,结果显示所得纳米氧化锌为六方结构,空间群为p 63mc,其晶胞参数a=3.2533,c=5.2129,与氧化锌体相材料相比其晶胞参数明显增大。 ZnO nano- particles were prepared by copreeipitation method. The structure of samples has been investigated using the Rietveld method. Results of Rietveld analysis indicate that the phase of the sample crystallize in hexagonal ZnO structure with P63me space group and α = 3. 2533A, c = 5. 2129A.
