重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂治疗急性心肌梗塞的临床观察

Acute Myocardial Infarction Treated with rt-PA

对13例发病6小时以内的AMI患者应用rt-PA静脉溶栓治疗。在180分钟内给药总量为100mg,根据床旁指标判定10例再通,开通率达76.9％,仅1例出现牙龈出血。在溶栓2小时内发现心律失常10例,死亡1例。本文就rt-PA的特点及静脉溶栓时机,再灌注心律失常进行讨论。

Thirteen cases of AMI admitted within 6 hours after onset were reported and analysed. All of those cases used recombinant tissue-prof ibrinolysin activator (rt-PA) for intravenous thrombolysis treatment. The total dosage administered over 180 minutes was 100 mg. The patency rate was 76. 9% (10/13). Arrhythmia after reperfusion had 10 cases. It is clear that rt-PA is effective in markedly increasing the patency rate of coronary artery in MI patients.
