摘要
精细水煤浆在柴油机上燃烧一段时间后,油浆泵柱塞偶件经常出现卡死现象,原因是柴油机工作过程中油浆泵柱塞偶件间积存大量未燃烧的超细煤粉。为防止超细煤粉进入柱塞偶件间隙,需要在制备精细水煤浆前将可能进入柱塞偶体间的超细煤粉选出。应用固液两相流体理论和旋流器工艺设计原理,设计并制造了小直径可调节型水力旋流器,用于超细煤粉的分级。同时对影响水力旋流器分级效果的主要因素进行了分析,为进一步完善水煤浆替代柴油燃烧技术打下基础。
After fine clean coal water mixture has burnt in a diesel engine for a certain period of time, the plunger coupling parts in mixture pump are always jammed. The cause for that is large amount of unburnt ultra-fine coal is built-up between the plunger coupling parts in the pump with diesel engine in operation. In order to prevent the ultra-fine coal from coming in between the plunger coupling parts, it is necessary for these ultra-fine coal particles to be removed before preparation of C.W.M. The equipment used for this is an adjustable small water-only cyclone that is designed for ultra-fine coal classification based on two-phase flow theory and principle of cyclone design. The analysis has been done on some factors which effect on cyclone classification performance for further perfecting the technology in which C.W.M. is used as engine fuel instead of diesel oil.
