摘要
应用正交试验的方法,对碱度为2.00,2.20倍高碱度烧结矿的烧结工艺参数进行试验研究,以寻求与高碱度烧结矿生产相适应的烧结工艺参数。试验结果表明,碱度R=2.00倍时,适宜的烧结工艺参数为配煤量5.0%,混合料水分6.8%~7.0%,抽风负压12.74kPa,点火温度1100℃;碱度R=2.20倍时,适宜的烧结工艺参数为配煤量5.5%,混合料水分7.0%~7.4%,抽风负压12.74kPa,点火温度1150℃。
Orthogonal experiment was carried out of the sintering technologieal parameters of sinter with basicity as high as 2.00 and 2.20, aimed at the determination of most appropriate sintering parameters for the production of high basicity sinter. The results show that, when the basicity is 2.00, the optimal parameters are : the appended coal, 5.0% ; the water content in mixed raw material, 6.8% -7.0% ; negative pressure by downdraft, 12.74 kPa; ignition temperature, 1 100 ℃. It's also found that, when the basicity is 2.20, the optimal parameters are : the appended coal, 5.5% ; the water content in mixed raw material, 7.0% - 7.4% ; negative pressure by downdraft, 12.74 kPa; and ignition temperature, 1 150 ℃.
