摘要
研究了在非离子活性剂吐温80存在下,桑色素与Fe(Ⅲ)显色反应的适宜条件,发现在pH为3.8~4.2的醋酸-醋酸钠介质中,配合物最大吸收波长为417nm,该方法在0~18μg/25ml的范围内符合比尔定律。该方法操作简便,结果稳定,选择性好,结果满意。
A simple sensitive and selective method for the spectrophotometric determination of iron has been developed. FeⅢ) reacts with morin in the presence of Tween 80 and forms a stable complex. Apparent molar absorptivity is at 417 nm. Beers law is obeyed in the selectivity of Fe(Ⅲ) 0-18 μg/25 ml, and the color is stable for at least 12 h. Thiourea and sodium fluoride are used to increase the selectivity of the method.
