摘要
对目前在接地工程设计上相关参数取值中存在的问题如发电厂、变电所工频接地电阻的计算与控制值;地面跨步电压和设备接触电压的计算;设备接地引下线短路电流热稳定的校核;小型化变电所避雷针接地与主地网的处理和降阻措施和降阻材料的合理利用等进行了系统的讨论,分析了目前在接地设计和改造中在这些方面存在的误区和难题。探讨了发电厂、变电所主要参数的控制范围以及对接地装置安全运行的影响。提出用技术经济分析的方法进行接地设计和主要降阻措施的合理利用。
The problems on parameter selection in nowadays grounding design project are analyzed, such as the calculation of power-frequency grounding resistance in power plant and transformer station, the calculation of ground step voltage and device contact voltage and the check of thermal stability of short-circuit current about device grounding wire. The processing of arrester grounding to the main grounding network in miniature transformer station and the reasonable utilization of resistance reducing measures and resistance reducing material are also systemicly discussed. Analyzing the faults and the difficult problems in present grounding design and reconstruction, some technic economic analysis methods are proposed in grounding design and reasonable utilization on resistance reducing measure. The control domain of main parameters in power plant and transformer station and the influence on the safe operation of grounding device are also analyzed.
