甘薯茎蔓多糖提取技术及不同时期多糖含量比较 被引量:12

POLYSACCHARIDES EXTRACTION METHOD AND COMPARISON OF CONTENT FROM VINES OF SWEET POTATO IN DIFFERENT PERIOD

摘要 本文通过正交试验选出了甘薯多糖的最佳提取条件:加30倍水,在100℃下浸提25m in。并通过棕色环试验、蒽酮-硫酸法、Fehling试剂法、双缩脲法证实提取物为多糖。利用这一方法分别对甘薯生长期茎蔓、成熟茎蔓、收获期茎蔓和甘薯根颈多糖进行了提取,发现甘薯茎蔓不同时期和不同部位的多糖含量差异显著。 The research on the extraction of polysaccharides from stem of sweet potato cultivar "LUSHU NO. 7" by orthogonal designs is described in this paper. The suitable conditions was adding 30 times of water,keeping at 100℃ For 25 minute. By means of "brown-ring test", "anthrone- surfuric ama colorimetric methods", "Fehling's test" and "Biuret reaction", the final extracted substance from the stem of sweet potato is identified as polysaccharide. The polysaccharides from growing- stem, matured- stem and stem at harvesting period, and root collar of sweet potato "LUSHU NO. 7" is also extracted by the same method. The results show that the content ofpolysaccharides in these four materials was differed significantly.
