摘要
当中性点不接地的电力系统发生单相接地故障时,非故障相电压升高,线电压不变,如长时间运行,可危及线路运行安全和人身安全,所以掌握电力系统单相接地故障的分析与处理方法,对从事电气运行工作的人员来说非常重要。
While single - phase earth faults of non - earth system for neutral point take place, non - fault phase -voltage becomes high, and line - voltage remains the same. If it works for a long time, it can endanger the line and the person. Therefore, it is very important for the person treating with electric work to master the method of analysis and disposal of single - phase earth fault of power system.
