摘要 目的:评价腹部手术患者预防性空肠造瘘肠内营养支持的临床疗效。方法:58例腹部手术患者分为肠内组(EN组)和对照组,手术后分别给予肠内营养和常规输液治疗,并观察临床反应和测定血糖、肝肾功能和电解质以及营养指标。结果:①肠功能恢复时间EN组短于对照组(P<0.01)。②血糖、肝肾功能、电解质2组差异无显著性意义。③治疗后体重、前白蛋白、白蛋白、视黄醇结合蛋白EN组均高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);C反应蛋白显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:腹部手术患者实行预防性空肠造瘘肠内营养是一种可行的肠内营养方式。 Objective: To explore the clinical effect of enteral nutrition with preventive jejunum stoma in abdominal operation. Methods: The clinical data of 38 patients subject to enteral nutrition with preventive jejunum stoma in abdominal operation were analyzed retrospectively.A series of parameters including the renal and liver functions, serum glucose, electrolytes, nutritional and immune parameters were evaluated before and after the treatment.The complications and resumption of gastrointestinal functions were carefully observed and recorded simultaneously. Results: The restoring time of intestinal movement was significantly shortened in EN group as compared with control group (P〈0.01). There was no evidence of damage of EN to the renal and liver function. The levels of BW, PA, Alb and RBP in EN group were higher than those in control group (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ). The level of CRP in EN group was significantly lower than that in control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Enteral nutrition with preventive jejunum stoma is an effective and safe way in the patients subject to abdominal operation.
