摘要
文章分析并论述了在知识经济时代下,企业人力资源开发需要新的创新机制,而新的创新机制应从以下几个方面入手:建立岗位任职资格体系与岗位能力模型;规范人力资源开发的流程;完善人力资源开发的内容;创新人力资源开发的投资模式;加强人力资源开发的制度建设,从而为人力资源开发提供有力的制度保障,提高人力资源开发效率。
Under the knowledge economy time, the enterprise human resources development needs the new innovation mechanism. But the new innovation mechanism should be supposed to obtain from following several aspects: establish the qualifications system of the post to be in office and the model of post ability, standard the development, flow path of human resources development, perfect the content of human resources innovate the investment pattern of human resources development, strengthen system construction of human resources development, therefore they can provide human resources development with powerful system safeguard and improve the efficiency of human resources develonment.
