摘要
目前,我国饭店业的员工流失率一直保持较高的水平,而新员工的流失更为严重。文章全面深入地分析了造成新员工流失的多方面原因及新员工流失对组织的影响,并在此基础上从职业生涯发展的角度提出了稳定新员工队伍的对策。
The rate of hotel employees' turnover remains high at present, especially the new employee. This paper makes a deep study on the reasons of the new employees' turnover and the negative impacts on hotel enterprises by new employees' turnover. Based on this, remedies on how to stabilize the new employee are offered according to the theory of career development.
