胸部恶性肿瘤放射性肺损伤的X线表现

摘要 目的探讨胸部恶性肿瘤放射性肺损伤的X线征象表现。方法收集放射性肺损伤患者86例的临床X线影像资料,于放疗后3个月、半年、1年摄X线片观察;对肺部X线征象演变进行了分析。结果放射性肺损伤常见X线征象的发生、发展有一定的规律性,提出放射性肺损伤分为渗出期、中间期、纤维化期。结论X线检查有助于早期诊断放射性肺损伤。 Objective To study the X ray manifestations of radioactive lung injury in chest tumor. Methods The clinical and ra diologieal informations of 86 cases with pulmonary injury at 3, 6 months and 1 year after radiotherapy were studied. Results The evolutions of X-ray manifestation were analysed, Based on it general rule of X-ray signs and pulmonary radioactive injuries ,the authors divided into 3 stages: exudative stage,middle stage and fibrosis stage. Conclusion X ray will be helpful for diagnosis of the radioactive lung injury.
