摘要
基于我国目前大部分地区电力工业现状,提出一种以负荷中断管理成本最小化为目标,考虑电网运行要求、电压稳定裕度以及传输容量限制等条件,在满足电网安全稳定运行的基础上,公平合理经济地确定中断负荷的算法.通过39节点新英格兰系统证明了算法的有效性.
Along with the deepening of power market, under current condition, it is of great importance to carry out interruptible load management when power supply can not fulfill the requirement of demand to ensure the safety of system. But how to choose the interruptible loads fairly is urgent to be solved. This paper proposed a method which aims to minimize the interruptible load management costs and considers system operation limits, especially voltage stability constraint. The proposed method ensures the fair ness and economy of the management besides the reliability and safety of system. Finally, a modified 39-bus New England system is used to demonstrate the efficiency of the method.
