摘要
1998年初至2004年6月底,全国新组建成立了871所高等学校,新建院校对于中国高等教育的发展具有重大影响。文章分析了新建高等院校初期发展的重点,并且指出:要避免定位失准、贪大求全、盲目攀比等问题,强调理性办学。
871 new higher academies were founded in China from 1998 to 2004. They have a great influence upon the development of higher education in China. The paper discusses the developing strateqies for new higher academies in initial stages. It also analyses some experiences, practices and problems in adminstrating of newly-founded Colleges and universities Some suggestions are also of erred for the future development of such schools.
