试论和谐社会与高等教育公平

The Harmonious Society and the Fairness in Higher Education

着重分析了和谐、和谐社会与高等教育公平的关系,指出根据和谐社会的整体协调观,高等教育公平应建立弱势群体补偿制度、调整和完善收费政策、合理配置高等教育资源,从而保证公平的高等教育。

This paper analyzes relations of the harmony, the harmonious society and the fairness in higher education. Accordingly it argues that the fairness of higher education is ensured by establishing a compensative system for the disadvantaged, adjusting and bettering the tuition charging policy, distributing the educational resources rationally, thus ensuring the fair higher education.
