多巴胺在修饰电极上吸附及其针剂含量测定的研究 被引量:1

摘要 用磷酸盐缓冲液,以电化学方法,首次研究了碱处理掺铁氰根聚吡咯修饰电极(BPPY/GC)的吸附性能,发现多巴胺(DA)在BPPY/GC的表面有较好的吸附作用,循环伏安扫描其溶出曲线出现灵敏的氧化还原峰。据此可消除共存维生素C(Vc)的干扰,建立简便、灵敏、准确快速测定针剂DA含量的新方法。 In this paper we first studied the adsorption function of the electrode with polypyrrole ferricyanogen and treated with alkali in the phosphoric buffer solution by using the of electrochemical method,and that dopamine is better adsorbed on the seuface ofBPPY/Gc was showed its dis5olved curve by the scanning with the circulative Volt-ampere appears the keen peaks of oxidation-Reduction,from this it can eliminate the interference of the coexistent Vitamin C and found up the new,simple,quick and sensitive method for quantitative detelmianation of dopamcne.
