17α－羟基孕酮－丁二酸－牛血清白蛋白－异硫氰酸荧光素结合物的合成

SYNTHESIS OF 17α-HYDROXYL PROGESTERONE SUCCINATE BOVINNE SERUM ALBUMIN FLUORESCEIN ISOTHIOCYANATE

以１７α－羟基孕酮为原料，通过酰化反应，得１７α－羟基孕酮丁二酸半酯。与其氯代甲酸异丁酯作用后再与牛血清白蛋白结合，然后接上异硫氰酸荧光素即得到１７α－羟基孕酮－丁二酸－牛血清白蛋白－异硫氰酸荧光素结合物。该物作为雌、孕激素受体的检测试剂，制备方法较简便。

It was reported in this paper that the assay reagent(17α-hydroxyl progesteronehemisuccinyl-BSA-FITC)of ER and PR was synthesized from l7α-hydroxylpregesterone by three steps of acylation ,formation of mix-anhydride and conjugation to form complex.The method is simple.The complex of the synthetic was identified by the spectroscope analysis.
