探讨了不同金属离子，抗氧剂及ｐＨ对６－ＭＰＲ水溶液变色程度的影响和延缓变色的具体方法，为拟定适宜的注射剂处方提供参考。

The influences of different metal ions,antioxidants and pH values on the color change tendency of 6-mercaptopurine ribonucloside(6-MPR)in aqueous solution and the method which can be used to delay the color change were studied.The results may be used for references in fomula design of 6-MPR injection.
