摘要
以二次正交多项式为特征多项式,波长为250~270nm,其间隔为4nm,采用正交函数分光光度法直接测定小儿速效感冒冲剂中的扑热息痛,平均回收率为100.6±0.5(x±SD,n=6)。
Orthogonal function spectrophotometric method was established for the determination of paracetamol in Xiaoer Suxiao Ganmao Chongji.The method was accurate,precise and could eliminate in terference of other components in the preparation with out separation process.The assay conditions were:λrange 250~270nm,λm 260nm,interval 4nm,test points 6.Regression equation was:C=-0.0l286-15.86p2(r=-0.9999),The average recovery was 100.6±0.51(x±SD,n=6).The method was used to determine three batch samples.
