糖皮质激素局部注射治疗婴幼儿先天性斜颈

THE TREATMENT OF CONGENITAL MUSCULAR TORTICOLLIS OFINFANT BY LOCAL INJECTION OF GLUCOCORTICOID

应用确炎舒松A、醋酸强的松龙交替局部注射治疗婴幼儿先天性斜颈47例,其中有包块组31例,无包块组16例。每2月注射一次。结果显示3个月肿块均消失,B超显示28例由不均质回声为均质性回声,与对侧比较回声无明显增强,3例病儿B超显示为均质强回声。无包块16例病儿B超显示3次治疗后两侧回声相似,无临床症状。本文对B超在该病诊断中的意义,以及激素应用的方法进行了讨论。

s Forty-seven congenital muscular turticullis of infants, 31 of them with and 16 without mass,were treated by locally injecting prednisolone and tramcnolone acetonide to the sternocleidomastoid muscle ev-ery two months alterlatively for 3 times. All masses complety disappeared in three months after first injection.The sonographic findings of al cases with mass showed that 28 cases with heterogeneous echotexture becamehomogeneous, 3 cases became hyperechoic. For those cases without mass,the sonographic evidence was homo-geneous with regards to the echogenicity related to normal musole after 3-time injection. The disscusion weremade about the sonographic diagosis and how to use the glucocorticoid for the treatment of this disease.
