摘要
通过对15-5PH铸钢螺栓的断裂失效分析,发现铸造螺栓在结晶过程中形成的显微缩松及柱状晶组织是导致螺栓失效的根本原因,并提出了消除和减少柱状晶组织及显微缩松的改进措施。
Through the failure analysis for the bolt of 15-5PH casting steels ,it was found that the essential reason for causing blot failure are the micro shrinkage and columnar crystal during the crystallize process of the steelcasting, and some improved measures for eliminating and reducing the micro shrinkage porosity and columnar crystal were put forward.
