本文将视力分为显性视力与潜性视力两个相连续的视觉过程。潜性视力是机体“能量储备”规律在视觉方面的体现,它能使显性视力保持持续与稳定和在特殊情况下以应急需。疾病时潜性视力是增视的能量仓库。疾病的康复实为储备能量的释放与发挥。对眼病增视治疗有重要的理论和实践意义。
In clinical examination, human vision is divide into two parts: the dominant vision and the latent vision, with the optic sign of 1.0 on the visual chart as the dividing line. The former is 0.1-1.0 while the latter is 1.2-2.0. The dominant vision, an optional and careless visual action, gives bright, clear and easy sight that is necessary for people's daily life. Whereas the latent vision, an action that requires great efforts to see the visual chart, is a reflection of "biological energy store" rule. It helps to make the dominant vision a steady and enduring action in case of emergency. The two parts compose a perfect human vision. In diseased conditions, the latent vision is the energy storehouse of vision increase, which needs exploration. The amount of reserve of the energy store is influenced by the conscious dynamic role. The recover from illness originates from the growth of energy store, and various vision increasing treatments just create good conditions for the growth of energy store.
