181例胆囊结石手术患者声像图分析

Analysis of Sonographies from Postoperative 181 Patients with Galdbladder Stone

１８１例胆囊结石患者声像图分型与手术结果进行对照分析。结果发现胆囊结石超声学诊断总体符合率为９９．４５％，诊断正确率９７．２４％。其中Ⅰ型即单纯胆囊结石诊断正确率最高，为９８．４６％；Ⅳ型即胆囊结石同时伴有其他病变的诊断正确率亦达７５％。本结果对胆囊结石的临床治疗方案具有指导意义。

The sonographies of 181 patients with galdbladder stone were classified and compared to the pathological findings of postoperations in this study.The results indicated that the comfirmation rates between echodiagnosis and operation were 99. 45%. The sonographies can be divided into four types ,of which type I was most corresponding to the operative diagnosis.These results may be used a guidance for the to the selection of clinical therapeutic protocols .
