摘要
目的:研究体外培养发育的人胚卵裂球18、X及Y染色体数目变异和培养方式对颗粒细胞分泌功能的影响。方法:采用染色体荧光原位杂交(FISH)和放射免疫测定(RIA)技术。结果:颗粒细胞具有分泌雌二醇和孕酮的能力。卵裂球内18、X和Y染色体数目未发生变异。结论:适合的体外培养,可使人未成熟卵母细胞达到正常的成熟状态。
Abstract Objective:To study the numerical deviation of chromosome of 18、X and Y in blastomeres developed in vitro and effects of culture system on granulosa cells secretory function. Methods:fluores-cence in situ hybridization(FISH)and radioimmunoassay (RIA0.Results:The granulosa cells secreted estradiol and progesterone in this culture sytqtem. The number of 18-chromosomes、X and Y chromo-somes examined in the FISH procedures were numerical normality in blastomeres.Conclusion:Human immature oocytes can be ,fluorescence;Sex chromosomes;Ovum
