摘要 细胞因子与器官移植的排斥和感染密切相关,而细胞因子的分泌受其基因多态性的影响。本文就几种细胞因子基因多态性与器官移植排斥和感染的关系进行综述。 The cytokines have close relationship with the rejection and infection in organ transplantation. The cytokine gene polymorphism influences the secretion of cytokines. The relationship between the rejection and infection in organ transplantation and some cytokines gene polymorphism is reviewed in this article.
