牙种植技术的发展使因自身牙槽骨量不足而不能进行牙种植的患者也可进行牙种植手术并获得满意修复效果。本文就近年来广泛应用于牙槽骨骨量不足的牙种植方法作一综述,包括:1)牙槽骨植骨:主要为自体骨移植和人工材料的植入;2)骨组织引导再生术;3)牙槽骨牵引成骨术;4)上颌窦提升术:包括上颌窦开放式提升术和上颌窦闭合式提升术(内提升术);5)下牙槽神经游离术。
