小儿扩张性心肌病心脏β－肾上腺素受体功能和反应性

CARDIAC β-ADRENERGIC RECEPTOR FUNCTON AND RESPONSE IN CHILDREN WITH DILATED CARDIOMYPATHY

目的：研究小儿原发性扩张性心肌病（ＩＤＣ）心脏β－肾上腺素受体（β－ＡＲ）功能和反应性，为临床选择治疗方案提供帮助。方法：多巴酚丁胺静脉滴注，利用超声心动图检测１０例ＩＤＣ患儿左心室收缩功能和收缩末期容量指数等指标。结果：多项检测指标在ＩＤＣ患儿有明显的改变，对β－ＡＲ激动剂多巴酚丁胺反应低下。结论：小儿ＩＤＣ心脏β－ＡＲ功能损害明显，多巴酚丁胺负荷试验能客观评价β－ＡＲ功能和反应性，有助于临床选择治疗方案。

ObJective:To study cardiac β-adrenergic receptor(β-AR)function and response in children with idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy(IDC)and direct treatment clinically. Metbods:Left ventricular systolic function and systolic end volume index were measured in 10 children with IDC by using echocar-diography and dobutamine intravenous infusion. Results:Many indexes measured in children with IDC were changed significantly and response to β-AR agonist dobu tamine was decreased. Couclusiou:The impairment of cardiac β-AR function in children with lDC was significant;dobutamine stress test is use-ful in clinical assessment of cardiac β-AR function and response and also for choice of clinical therapy.
