摘要
目的:观察平阳霉素诱发的大鼠白内障模型晶体上皮细胞DNA损伤及修复的动态过程。方法:单细胞电泳法(Singlecellgelassay,SCG)。结果:首次注射平阳霉素12h即出现严重的DNA单链断裂(DNAsinglestrandbreaks,SSB),直至白内障产生,SSB仍很严重,该DNA损伤较其它模型更严重,其晶体囊内容物在致障过程中出现明显的液化与崩解。结论:平阳霉素性白内障模型在致障过程中有较其它模型更严重的DNA单链损伤,且可能有不尽相同的机理存在。
Objectlve:To study DNA damage and repair kinetics in the rat’s Pingyangmycin-induced cataract model.Metbods:Single Cell Gel Assay(SCG)technique.Results:It was observed that the very obvious DNA migration happened just 12 hours after the first injection of Pingyangmycin and continued during cataractogenesis.Conclusion:The result suggested that the mechanism of the cataract formation induced by Pingyangmycin was different from those in cataract induced by other inducers.
