摘要 目的探讨神经导航系统在大脑前动脉动脉瘤手术中的应用价值。方法在12例大脑前动脉动脉瘤手术中,应用美国枢法莫-丹历公司的StealthStation导航系统进行病灶定位。结果成功夹闭大脑前动脉动脉瘤12例,效果满意,无手术死亡者,无其他手术并发症。结论应用神经导航技术进行大脑前动脉动脉瘤的手术治疗,可以完成术中动脉瘤的精确定位和最佳手术入路的选择,可降低术中医源性损伤,减少术后并发症。 Objective To explore the value and safety of neuronavigation used in the surgery for anterior cerebral artery aneurysms. Methods A retrospective review of 12 patients with anterior cerebral artery aneurysms underwent neurosurgical operation under the guidance of an image-guided system by Sofamor-Danek company was made. Results There were no postoperative neurological complications. No operative death occurred. The aneurysms and the important anatomic structures were accurately located. Conclusion The neuronavigation system is very helpful for anterior cerebral artery aneurysms surgery. Its accuracy of location is very important in protecting normal brain tissues.
