摘要
目的：观察牙根面残留牙周组织对延迟再植牙愈合的影响。方法：选用两只成年猕猴，以右下第二双尖牙为实验组，左侧同名牙为对照组，牙齿拔除后行延迟再植术。实验组牙齿术前刮除根面残留的牙周组织。术后４周、８周采取标本进行组织病理学观察和图像处理分析。结果：实验组牙根吸收率较对照组为低（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：刮除延迟再植牙根面的坏死牙周组织能改善预后。
Objective:To observe the influence of remaining tissue on the root surface of avulsed tooth on the healing of delayed replantated tooth.Methods:Two adult rhesus monkeys were used for the study.The right lower second premolars were chosen as experimental group,and the same teeth on the left side as the control;The observation lasted for 4 and 8 weeks. Animals sacrificed,the pathological examination and image analysis were performed.Results:The replanted teeth of experimental group had inflammatory root resorption.However,the resorption was milder than the control group.Conclusion:In delayed replantation of avulsed tooth,removing the necrotic tissue on the root surface will improve the prognosis.
