摘要
目的:研究牙髓血管的增龄性改变。方法:对42例10~70岁的正常牙髓组织进行AKPase组经染色,用形态计量学方法测量不同年龄组牙髓血管的长度,并据此计算出各年龄组的血管密度。结果:10~30岁组、31~50岁组和51~70岁组的血管密度分别为:27.95±6.40、15.68±6.23和11.51±4.20mm/mm3,各组数值有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:牙髓血管密度随年龄增加而减小,从而表明牙髓组织的生理功能和代谢能力随年龄增加而下降。
Objective:The purpose was to investigate age changes of human dental pulp blood vessels.Methods:Dental pulp sections were stained with AKP histochemistry technique; Blood vessel length was measured with morphometry and the density of blood vessel was calculated;Forty-two normal pulp samples from patients aged 10 to 70 years old was divided into three groups.Results:Data of the densi-ty of dental pulp blood vessel of 10~30 years old group,31~50 years old group and 51~70 years old group were 27. 95 ± 6.40,15.68 ± 6.23 and 11.51 ± 4.20 mm/mm3 respectively. The differences of hese data were statistically significant (P< 0.01).Conclusion:The density of blood vessel decreased with aging,which Indicates the metabolic ability and physiological functions of dental pulp reduce grad-ually with aging.
