正常中后牙牙槽高度与垂直生长型的关系

Relationship between Molar Dentoalveolar height and Vertical Growth Patterns in Normal Occlusion

目的:探讨后牙牙槽高度与垂直生长型的关系。方法:本研究调查了100例正常样本,男女各50名,拍摄头颅定位侧位片,测量下颌平面角、ANB角、前、后面高、前下面高、上、下后牙牙槽高度等11项指标,并进行多元相关分析。结果:上下后牙牙槽高度与前下面高、前面高、后面高呈正相关,与下颌平面角、ODI呈负相关,下颌后牙牙槽高度还与ANB角呈正相关,与APDI呈负相关。结论:后牙牙槽高度与垂直生长型之间存在显著性相关,提示临床正畸医生在正畸设计时,不能忽视它们之间的这种关系。

Objective： The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between molar dentoalveolar height and vertical growth patterns in normal occlusion. Methods： The cephalometric radiographs of 100 Guang Dong persons with normal occlusion were measured, the relationship between molar dentoalvcolar height and six angle measurements, three facial height measurements were analysed by statistic methods. Results： Correlation coefficients showed that the molar dentoalveolar heights were positively related to anterior facial height, anterior lower facial height, posterior facial height, and negatively related to the angle of SN - MP, ODI. Mandibular molar dentoalveolar height showed positive correlation with the angle of ANB and negative correlation with APDI. Conclusion： The molar dentoalvcolar height is closely related with the craniofacial height. This relationship should not be ignored in the planning of orthodontics.
