三维重建CT诊治下颌骨髁状突骨折

Diagnosis of Condyle Fracture by Three Dimensional Reconstructive CT

目的:探讨三维重建CT在下颌骨髁状突骨折的诊断及其治疗中的应用价值。方法:收集2000年5月至2005年10月期间因下颌骨髁状突骨折入院治疗的病例45例,所有病人均拍摄三维重建CT。依据三维重建CT诊断结果选择下颌骨髁状突骨折的治疗方法。依据三维重建CT片对治疗前后进行比较,分析治疗效果。分析三维重建CT在下颌骨髁状突骨折的诊断及其治疗中的应用价值。结果:所有45例病人均依照三维重建CT对髁状突骨折情况进行诊断并选择治疗方法。其中5(11.1%)例采用保守治疗,40(88.9%)例采用手术治疗。40(88.9%)例治疗效果好,4(8.9%)例治疗效果一般,1(2.2%)例治疗效果较差。结论:依据三维重建CT诊断结果可以很直观的判断髁状突骨折情况,在下颌骨髁状突骨折的诊断及治疗方面具有很好的应用价值。

Objective： To evaluate the three dimensional reconstructive CT in the treatment and diagnosis of condyle fracture. Methods： 45 patients with condyle fractures were collected from May 2000 to October 2005. All patients underwent examination by three dimensional reconstructive CT. The treatment methods were selected after the diagnosis by three dimensional reconstructive CT. Analyse the value of three dimensional reconstructive CT in the diagnosis and treatment of condyle fracture. Results： All treatment methods were selected based on the diagnosis of three dimensional reconstructive CT. 5 （ 11.1% ） patients underwent common treatment, 40 （ 88.9% ） patients underwent surgical treatment. In all 45 patients, 40（88.9% ）patients achieved good results, 4（8.9% ）patients achieved acceptable results and only 1 （2.2%） patient got bad result. Conclusion： Intuitionistic diagnosis can be given by three dimensional reconstructive CT in the fracture of condyle. Three dimensional reconstructive CT has great value in the treatment and diagnosis of condyle fracture.
