摘要
目的:了解武汉地区淋球菌对6种抗菌药物耐药的发生率及耐药特征,为临床用药提供依据。方法:临床分离70株淋球菌,采用琼脂稀释法对淋球菌进行青霉素、四环素、阿奇霉素、环丙沙星、头孢曲松、大观霉素的敏感性的测定。结果:耐青霉素、四环素、阿奇霉素、环丙沙星的菌株分别占60.00%(42)、71.42%(50)、37.14%(26)、54.28%(38),同时耐2种及以上抗菌药物的多重耐药率为80%(56)。未发现耐大观霉素、头孢曲松的菌株。结论:武汉地区淋球菌环丙沙星耐药率及多重耐药率均增长迅速,头孢曲松、大观霉素可以作为武汉地区治疗淋病的首选药物,其余4种不作为首选。
Objective: To evaluate the susceptibility of Neisseria gonorrhoeae to six antimicrobial agents in Wuhan. Methods: The clinical isolates from patients with gonorrhoeae were collected. Agrose- dilution- method was used to test minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of antimicrobial agents including penicillin, tetracychne, ciprofloxacin, azithromycin, ceftriaxone and spectinomycin. Results: The positivity rates of resistant isolates to penicillin, tetracychne, azithromycin, ciprofloxacin were 60.00% (42/70), 71.42% (50/70), 37.14% (26/70) and 54.28% (38/70) respectively, and no resistant isolates to ceftriaxone or spectinomycin were found. Positivity rates of across - and multiple - resistant isolates to penicillin, tetracychne, azithromycin and ciprofloxacin were 80% (56). Conclusion: Positivity rate of across- resistance increases rapidly, and the resistance to ciprofloxacin also increases rapidly. Ceftriaxone and spectinomycin should be the first choice in the treatment of gonorrhes at present in Wuhan area.
