摘要
使用OM、SEM、XRD等方法研究了不同预先热处理工艺对45钢的低温盐浴渗铬渗层的影响。结果表明:离子氮化的预先热处理有助于实现610℃的低温盐浴渗铬,并得到良好的渗层,渗铬白亮层的相组成为Cr_(23)C_6、CrN、Cr/Fe、(Cr,Fe)_7C_3和(Cr,Fe)_2N等相。
The characteristics of the chromized layer of steel 45 after low temperature salt-bath chromizing with different pre-heat treatments were investigated using OM, SEM, XRD, A chromized layer with good properties could be obtained in steel 45 with the ion-nitriding preheat treatment, and the chromized layer was composed of the phases Cr23C4, CrN, Cr/Fe, (Cr,Fe)TC4 and (Cr, Fe)2N.
