摘要
目的通过检测聚集素(Clusterin)在正常支气管黏膜上皮、非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达,探讨其与肺癌发生发展的关系。方法采用免疫组化染色法检测16例正常支气管黏膜上皮组织、53例非小细胞肺癌组织标本中Clusterin的表达水平。结果Clusterin在正常支气管黏膜上皮、肺癌组织中阳性表达率分别为12.50%(2/16)、79.25%(42/53)。肺癌组织中Clusterin表达水平明显高于正常支气管黏膜上皮组织(χ2=23.68,P<0.05),且在癌组织中的表达与肿瘤的分化程度(rs=0.464,P<0.001)、临床分期(rs=0.320,P<0.01)及有无淋巴结转移(rs=0.255,P<0.05)呈正相关。结论Clusterin在非小细胞肺癌中高表达且与其临床特征相关。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Clusterin in normal epithelia of bronchial mucosa and tissues of non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Clusterin expression in cases of 16 normal epithelia of bronchial mucosa and tissues of 53 non-small cell lung cancer were detected by immunohistochemical stain. Results The rate of positive expression for normal epithelia of bronchial mucosa and tissues of non-small cell lung cancer was 12.50% (2/16) and 79.25% (42/53), respectively. The expression level of Clusterin in non-small cell lung cancer was much higher than that in normal epithelia of bronchial mucosa (x^2 = 23.68, P 〈 0.05) and it was related positively with pathological differentiation(rs = 0.464, P 〈 0.001 ), clinical stage(rs = 0. 320, P 〈 0.01 ) and lymph node metastasis(rs = 0. 255, P 〈 0.05) of non-small cell lung cancer. Conclusion Clusterin expressed highly in non-small cell lung cancer, but overexpressed of Clusterin had significant relationship with clinical characteristics.
