摘要
目的:探索宫血宁口服给药对小鼠骨髓造血细胞细胞因子表达的影响。方法:基因芯片法分析小鼠骨髓中细胞因子及其受体的表达。结果:通过比较给药组与对照组小鼠骨髓cDNA与80条基因片段的杂交信号强弱,发现有17条基因在给药组的小鼠骨髓细胞中表达升高,这17条表达差异的基因涉及到造血、炎症、免疫与应激四个方面。结论:重楼皂甙在体内不仅具有激活成熟造血细胞的作用(如诱导血小板聚集),还能增加骨髓细胞造血因子的表达,促进外周血白细胞和血小板的生成;参与局部炎症组织的修复;增强小鼠的体液免疫和细胞免疫作用。
Objective: To investigate effect of Gongxuening on the expression of cytokines of mice marrow in vivo. Method: Gene chip analyzed expression of cytokines and their receptors. Result: Compare to the control, 17 of 80 genes increased expression in mice after giving the saponins. These genes distributed in the system of hemopoiesis, inflammation, immunity and hyperirritability. Conclusion: This result suggested that Gongxuening not only induced platelet aggregation but also increase the expression of cytokines of marrow. The total saponins also can promoted formation of white blood cell and platelet and increased the immunity of the mice.
