摘要 目的:探讨羧甲基茯苓多糖(CMP)对小鼠T淋巴细胞分泌IFN-γ、IL-10的影响。方法:CMP溶液给小鼠腹腔注射,10天后取外周血分离T细胞,体外将不同浓度的CMP与T细胞共培养,MTT法观察其对T细胞的毒性作用,ELISA法检测IFN-γ、IL-10的含量。结果:CMP在0~500μg/ml对小鼠T细胞无明显毒性作用,CMP能显著提高IFN-γ水平,降低IL-10含量。结论:CMP具有较好的调节Th1/Th2细胞因子分泌作用。 Objective: To observe the effect of Carboxyeyl Pachymaran (CMP) on eytokines derived from T cells in normal mice. Methods: 6mg/100ml CMP solution was made and given to mice by abdominal injection once a day, the CMP dose was 0.5ml per mice, this dose was 2.5 times as human dose, in the normal control, 0.9% NS was injected at the same volume. After 10 day's treatment, periphrol blood were collected to derive T cell, and cytokines IFN-γ、IL-10 were detected by ELISA method, meanwhile, CMP's toxity on T cells was observed by MTT method in vitro. Results: CMP on the concentration of 0~500μg/ml was no cytotoxic effect on T cells. When compared with normal control group, CMP could significantly increase the level of IFN-γ, inhibit the secretion of IL-10. Conclution: CMP could regulate the secretion of Th1/Th2 cytokines on mice, in vitro experiment showed no cytotoxicity.
