复方银杏叶注射剂(冻干)对脑缺血的保护作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究复方银杏叶注射剂对脑缺血的保护作用。方法:小鼠断头形成急性脑缺血模型观察断头后张口喘气的时间和次数;电凝大鼠一侧大脑中动脉造成局灶性脑缺血(MCAO),观察复方银杏叶注射剂对大鼠行为、脑梗塞面积、脑含水量、神经元坏死指数的影响;利用结扎大鼠双侧颈总动脉形成缺血再灌注模型,观察对脑含水量、脑组织ATP酶的活性、LPO含量的影响。结果:复方银杏叶注射剂165、110mg/kg能明显延长断头张口小鼠喘气时间;110、55mg/kg降低或改善MCAO大鼠行为障碍,脑梗塞范围,脑含水量及神经元坏死指数;110mg/kg降低缺血再灌注大鼠脑含水量,能明显提高脑组织ATP酶活性,减少过氧化脂质LPO的生成。结论:复方银杏叶注射剂对实验性脑缺血具有明显保护作用。 Objective: To study the protection effect of compound formula Ginkgo bilboa injection (CFGB) on cerebral ischemia. Methods: The gasp of mice after decapitation was observed in mouse decapition model. The mortality were recorded. Focal cerebral ischemia was produced by permanent occlusion of the proximal of the right middle cerebral artery(MCA). The neurologyic status of each rat was carefully evaluated at 24h after surgery. The cerebral infarction and the water content were measured. The extent of neurological deficits was observed; cerebral ischemia and repeffusion model was established by clipping bilateral cervical arteries. The influence of on water content of brain, brain tissue ATPase and LPO activity were observed after MCAO in rats. Results: CFGB (165, 110mg/kg, ip × 7) could obviousely prolong the gasp time of mice. CFGB (110, 55mg/kg, ip × 5 ) also markedly improve the neurologyic status, and decrease the cerebral infarction, the water content of brain and extent of neurological deficits of rats. CFGB (110mg/kg, ip × 5) also reduce the water content of brain, increase the activities of ATPase, and decrease the activities of LPO in brain tissue in the cerebral ischemia and reperfusion rats. Conclusion: CFGB has a protective effect on cerebral ischemia.
