18例肛周派吉特病的临床特点及治疗分析

摘要
派吉特（Paget＇s disease）,又名湿疹样癌,是一种发生于皮肤内的腺癌,临床上少见.可分为乳腺派吉特病和乳腺外派吉特病。肛周派吉特病（perianal Paget＇s disease，PPD）属于乳腺外派吉特病，临床上更为少见。我院自1986年2月至2004年12月共收治肛周派吉特病18例，报告如下：
