急性肝功能衰竭的现代治疗 被引量：1

摘要 急性肝功能衰竭（acute liver failure,ALF）是指急性肝损伤后发生肝性脑病和其他肝功能衰竭表现的一种严重临床综合征,疾病凶险,自然死亡率高.现代ALF概念中对有无肝病基础一直存在争议,但是亚洲特别东亚,包括中国大陆,该概念涵盖了原有肝病基础但肝功能正常而急性发作类似症状者.
