摘要
针对平流层飞艇的特点,文章分析艇务管理的主要任务,并对艇务管理的任务特点探讨了艇务管理系统在设计时可采用的各种技术,为开展平流层飞艇的研制提供设计思路。
This paper aims at the characteristic of stratospheric airship, analyzes the mainly mission of airship affair management, and discusses various technologies used in the design of airship affair management system. In this way, this paper provides design consideration for developing stratospheric airship.
