经尿道汽化加电切治疗前列腺增生症(附101例报告)

The use of TUVP and TURP for the surgical treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia(Repot of 101 cases)

目的探讨前列腺增生症（BPH）的有效治疗方法。方法采用经尿道前列腺汽化电切（TUVP）结合经尿道前列腺电切（TURP）治疗BPH101例。结果切除前列腺平均重量39g，平均手术时间79分钟，术后平均留置尿管5天，术后平均住院时间8天，92例获得1～19个月的随访，效果满意，均排尿通畅，并发症少。未出现TUR综合征及围手术期死亡。结论TUVP结合TURP解除BPH引起的下尿路梗阻碍是安全有效的，其优点是术中出血少，视野清晰，术后恢复快，能扩大手术适应证。

Objective To study the effective method to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH）. Methods Tran surethral eleetrovapor-ablation of the prostate（TUVP） combining with transurethral resection of the prostate （TURP） has been carried out in 101 patients with BPH. Results The mean weight of the prostate was 39 grams. The operative time was 79 rain. The mean catheterization time was5 days,and the mean postoperative hospital stay was 8 days. Follow up for 1- 19 mohths, the result was satisfied. During this period no complications were found with normal micturition. There was no TUR syndrome. Conclusion The result showed that TuRP is an effective and safe in relieving the low urinary tract obstruction induced less bleeding, clear field of view during operation, quick recovery after operation, TUVP and TURP is reliable method to treat BPH.
