摘要
回顾总结了太钢炼铁厂近二十年来烧结生产点火炉及点火技术的发展与实践情况,介绍了太钢450m2烧结机点火炉采用的双斜交叉烧嘴直接点火先进技术,指出了其在点火质量、煤气消耗、使用寿命、自动控制水平、安全性等方面的优点。
The progress of sintering ignition technique in TAIGANG during resent years was summarized in this paper. The advanced technique of double skew cross igniter used in TAIGANG was also presented, its advantages such as satisfactory ignition quality, gas consumption , service life, automatic control level, safety etc. were pointed out.
